I will be sharing my charming 5 Signs that you are going to Achieve your Fitness Goal.
So without wasting any further time, Let's get started.
1. You have a desire to do something:
Have you been in this situation where you watch a movie for example, "Rocky" and you are just so hyped looking at those defined muscles and incredible chest?
It is a telltale sign that you want to be like that person and might probably be able to enjoy being into that process what that person is going through.
2. You are a Master at Something:
Most of the Reader might tend to question that, does this sign even make sense ?.
I could be a Master of Photography, it has anything to do with my Fitness goals.
I would recommend my readers, keep calm and allow me to explain.
Being a Master at something takes a lot of time, failures, efforts and energy.
Same applies to accomplish your Fitness Goals.
The Spirit to make things more happening does matter when it comes to accomplishing your Fitness Goal.
3. You Love to Explore:
How to know if something fits you the best?.
The answer is a 7 letter word "Explore".
The More We Explore the more we learn and more we get the opportunity to get better.
If you are women, You will never settle to buy a piece of cloth by just exploring one fashion shop. Isn't it?
You get the Best cloth you explore a variety of fashion shops on the street.
Look out for all the elements and tools required and decide what makes the best version of you.
Explore, Try and Decide.
4. You are a happy person:
It is pretty evident from scientific researches that, the happier you are the more likely you are to perform well.
One research was done by Charles D. Kerns a PhD, MBA (A professor of applied behavioural science at the Graziadio School of Business and Management) mentioned in his journal "Putting Performance and Happiness Together in the Workplace - Volume 11 (2008)" in which he had a Performance-Happiness Matrix which had 4th Quadrant as "Happy High Performer".
In the Journal he mentions,
"A high performer who is happy about his/her work will be much more likely to sustain high performance over time and deliver key results.".
If you ever had a vacation after redundant long tiring days of working in your Company, You are more likely to work efficiently after your Vacations.
So Stay Happy, Be More and Deliver More.
5.You take Responsibility:
If you are the one, Then please do pat yourself on the back.
You are Amazing and you Inspire me.
Taking up responsibilities signifies that you understand that you are the one accountable for your actions.
If you want to achieve that Fitness goal, You are the only one responsible to get up, move those bums and Achieve.
Having such Awareness, In my opinion, is Incredible.
