Should you visit the Gymnasium or the Fitness Centres?

As we are living in the new normal it is highly recommended to take care and be responsible for our own Health and Wellbeing.

If you are able to provide yourself with the activities at your home, It is a better option to perform such activities at home.

In case if you workout at the gym you must make sure you at least have a bottle of alcohol-based Sanitizer, Faceshield, Handtowel and maintain 4ft distance from your adjacent partner.

Sanitize your hand before and after the Training.

Instead of giving a warm hug to your gym partner, Give them brofist it looks cool too.

Have minimum interaction with the people around you and focus on training more and stay positive.
