How to get started?

Ever had a spiritual awakening to alter your lifestyle and get into physical activity. But later felt demotivated?.

Then this article is for you.

Let's get started!

Maybe you are an individual who wishes to alter the current lifestyle and make your life more happening.

Maybe you came across someone whose lifestyle has inspired you.

But some questions struck your brain,

  • How am I suppose to get started?

  • Whom should I follow?

  • What sacrifices I have to make?

If these questions trouble you, the good news is I am here to help you.

So, ladies and gentlemen.

I present to you my personal favourite 5 tips to get started.

1. Define your goals

I would like to quote someone,

"He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how" - Friedrich Nietzsche

Though I appreciate your enthusiasm and encourage you to get started with the fitness journey yet, you will need something to hold on to.

Even if the goal is lovely you need some pull towards the process and the activity.

Ask yourself the following questions.

What do I expect in return? ,

What would be the impact of this decision on my current Lifestyle? ,

Do I genuinely want to this?.

Goals lets you understand how the future you looks like?

And trust me every beginning starts with a vision.

2. Explore physical activities

Well, now its time to look for an activity that makes you feel like a superman or wonder women if you are women.

Search on the internet that requires physical activity that excites you.

Physically experience the activity.

If more participants are required for that activity, encourage others to participate.

It's not necessary to have a gym membership to alter your lifestyle.

Play football, basketball or maybe badminton.

You might like to dance, maybe Zumba or you might do swimming.

Do an activity that brings a smile on your face and satisfaction in your heart.

3. Don't care about diet

Yes, you heard it right.

It will be very demotivating for someone to do all stuff at ones. Don't be too harsh on yourself.

Initially, Don't bombard yourself with strict diets and workouts like Rocky Balboa.

Try to familiarize yourself with the activity and try to have a good time being in that activity.

Diets do matter, But, पहले दिल को मनाना हे (Convince your Heart first) to do the physical activities.

We will convince our tongue and stomach later as we progress.

Your today's action will be rewarding soon.

4. Don't be dependent on one source

There is a plethora of information on the Internet.

Explore a variety of articles and videos on a variety of aspects in health and fitness.

Be open-minded to all the opinion and views shared on the Internet.

Read or watch, learn, implement and decide what's best for you.

And undoubtedly, who doesn't want the best to be the best.

Isn't it?

5. Be Patient

I have observed some individuals will work out like rocky the 1st week and expect to get muscular and lean in an unrealistic short amount of time. Later they get sore muscles and feel demotivated.

And the gym membership seems to get wasted.

Remember, "Taj Mahal" was not built in a day.

It took months and year to be in a position where you are at right now.

My father says, "It does not take much time to build a house, but it takes time to build a palace".

Be consistent, work towards your goals, keep achievable and realistic goals as you progress throughout the journey.

Be Patient and embrace it.

Undoubtedly, you will be rewarded in the end.

Thank you for reaching till here I assume you had enjoyed reading this article.

Do share your thoughts, views, love and criticism.

And also do share this article with someone who wants to

  • Make his life more happening.

  • Start a Fitness Journey.

  • The one you care about.

Lots of love and hope you have an Awesome Day.
