The word Nutrition seems to sound pretty uncomfortable. But Probably not after reading this article.
Without any delay, Let's get started.
If you can Jump, Shout, Run, Observe, Understand, Sing, Dance and Laugh till your stomach vibrates while watching Kapil Sharma Show, Say thanks to the Nutrition that turns out to fuel these activities in you.
If you breakdown the Nutrients further:
Macronutrients.
Micronutrient.
Fibre.
Water.
Macronutrients are the nutrients which majorly contribute towards our diet.
While reading this article if you are having a meal, the meal is rich in Macronutrients.
It is primarily responsible for providing energy to your body.
We may classify the Macronutrients further:
Carbohydrates.
Protein.
Fats.
You receive the above mentioned directly through your food in some proportion.
Just for clarification, there is a difference between a meal and a Snack or Beverage.
Your lemonade or a cup of tea is not dense in Macronutrients.
Micronutrients are the nutrient which has a minor contribution towards our diet.
Hence the name turns out to be Micronutrients.
These nutrients are responsible for your:
Immune System to fight that antibody.
Brain Development to makes you a super genius.
Overall Internal Functioning so you have peak performance.
Muscle Contraction of your body so that you can smile while reading this article.
The question that might strike you, " Are Micronutrients something to care about?".
The answer is an Unsurprisingly, Yes.
We do need Micro Nutrients.
Micronutrients can further be classified:
Minerals.
Vitamins.
Fibre, If you have visited your throne this morning and felt amazing.
We should take a moment and say thanks to our very own fibre.
For clarification, I do not consider fibre as being a Nutrient as it does not provide any nutritional benefit but as it promotes healthy functioning of your body by throwing out all the Unnecessary elements within you and keeping your mind sane.
Assuming you have visited school then you definitely know the following poem.
"मछ्ली जल की रानी है
जीवन उसका पानी है
हाथ लगाओ तो डर जाएगी
बाहर निकालो तो मर जाएगी "
It might remind you of the time when you visited your school.
But guess what, Just as water is important to a Fish even it is important to us.
So, Don't skip consuming 7 - 8 glasses of water every day.
Our body is roughly 70% made up of water.
